Teairra Allen (she/her/hers) is the Tenets Coordinator at the Irving Harris Foundation. Teairra has been with the Foundation since 2018 and supports the Tenets Initiative. Teairra grew up in Southern California, where she listened to the unique needs of its residents and continuously invested her skills to revitalize her community. Prior to joining the Foundation, Teairra was the Administrative Coordinator for a newly developed initiative called Lift To Rise, where she devoted her career to supporting all Coachella Valley families and children to lead healthy and empowered lives. Teairra earned her A.A. in Liberal Arts: Social and Behavioral Sciences from the College of the Desert and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
