Amanda Hwu is a PDN Program Coordinator at the Irving Harris Foundation. Amanda has been with the Foundation since 2018. She supports the work of the Harris Professional Development Network (PDN) and the Diversity-Informed Tenets for Work with Infants, Children & Families (Tenets). Amanda comes to this work with experience in administering social justice youth programming, violence prevention work, and adult prison diversion programs. She is a proud daughter of immigrants and is passionate about co-creating and nurturing spaces grounded in healing, compassion, justice, and transformation. Amanda has an A.M. in Social Administration from the University of Chicago and B.S.W. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
